• OAuth access tokens obtained when you connect your TikTok account
• These tokens allow us to post content to your social media accounts on your behalf

Customer Contact Information

• Phone numbers of your customers, provided by you for the purpose of sending review request SMS messages

Usage Analytics

• Device information, browser type, and operating system
• Usage patterns, feature interactions, and session data
• IP address and general location data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the Service: Manage your account, store and organize your media, and enable team collaboration
• Post to Social Media: Publish content to TikTok and other connected platforms on your behalf using authorized OAuth tokens
• Send SMS Review Requests: Deliver review request messages to your customers' phone numbers via Twilio
• Generate AI Captions: Process your content through OpenAI to generate suggested captions and descriptions
• Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features, fix issues, and develop new functionality
• Communicate with You: Send account-related notifications, updates, and support responses

4. Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party service providers to deliver our platform:

• Supabase: Database hosting and user authentication. Your account data and application data are stored in Supabase's infrastructure with encryption at rest.
• TikTok API: Used to publish content to your TikTok account. We access only the permissions you explicitly authorize via OAuth.
• Twilio: SMS delivery service for sending customer review requests. Customer phone numbers are transmitted to Twilio solely for message delivery.
• OpenAI: AI-powered caption generation. Content you submit for caption generation is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. We do not share personal account information with OpenAI.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy and data practices. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols
• OAuth tokens for third-party services are stored securely with encryption
• Access to production systems is restricted and logged
• We conduct regular reviews of our security practices

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
